New Year Resolution Check In....

We're almost at the end of January. Twenty-four days ago some of us made a number of resolutions..things we'd like to work on and improve in the new year. One thing we don't often focus on improving is our mental health. However, we know that our mental health is the foundation of our overall well-being. So, this is a good time to take stock of how you're doing as far as staying on track to reach your goals this year. Monthly review is a good strategy to analyze what's working and what needs to be tweaked.
