Do you have a cancellation policy?
You may use your OON or HSA benefits. I provide Super bills (receipt) for reimbursement. Your insurance company will determine your reimbursement rate. I also accept all major credit cards, Zelle and Cashapp.
A GFE is a written estimate provided by your therapist that outlines the expected costs for your treatment. This estimate is designed to give you a clearer picture of what to expect financially.
I understand that life can throw us some unexpected curve balls which will require us to make changes to our plans. Thus, if you need to cancel an appointment, please do so 48 hours before your scheduled time; otherwise, you will be charged the full rate of the session. Reschedules for another day/time that week may also be an option. Please note that frequent cancellations may lead to termination of the therapeutic relationship.
