Healing is not a race, and there's no set timeline for processing grief or trauma. Everyone's journey is unique, and it's okay to move at your own pace. Therapy can be a safe space to explore those emotions, find understanding, and gradually heal—without pressure to "get over it" by any particular time. Remember, progress looks different for everyone, and you're not alone in this journey.
